Marlborough School is currently seeking teachers in multiple disciplines (depending on the current hiring needs).

  • Middle and Upper School Life Sciences
  • Middle and Upper School Chemistry and Physics
  • Upper School World History
  • Assistant Robotics Coach 

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers in teaching teams.
  • Maintain a safe classroom environment.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for the appropriate developmental level.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, student services, deans, and other administrators. 
  • Utilize Marlborough’s learning management system to take attendance, provide curriculum materials, and maintain a digital gradebook. 
  • Participate actively in grade-level and school activities.

  • Possess, at minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • Has at least three years of demonstrated success teaching.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including experience with a learning management system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with Google Drive and Microsoft Windows Office products.
  • Committed to personal growth and development in education.
  • Dedication to the development of young women, including experience and enthusiasm for positive identity development and diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
  • Enjoys collaborating with other teachers on curriculum development, lesson plans, and pedagogy.
  • Possess a high degree of interest in supporting the developmental needs of teenagers with the ability to combine high expectations with a high level of support. 


  • $65,000 to $85,000 depending on education and experience for full-time positions. Salary prorated based on part-time status.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
